I work best where product, engineering, and delivery overlap - shaping platforms, managing vendors and teams, and making sure what gets built can scale, adapt, and survive regulatory scrutiny.
Across banking, fintech, health-tech, e-commerce, marketplaces, and emerging-market products, I've helped organizations move from plans to platforms that are live, stable, and trusted. I make deliberate technical choices, design for scale early, and leave behind systems that don't depend on heroics to keep running.
In a Nutshell: I move toward complexity and build in every environment I'm in - a builder who sits at the intersection of product, technology, and operations. I know how to stand up digital infrastructure in markets where nothing exists yet, and I know how to do it efficiently and fast.
